Xplornet customers receive monthly invoices by email, and there are two pre-authorized payment options: credit card or direct withdrawal from a bank account.
Xplornet invoices are sent out monthly via email. Unless you tell us otherwise, the invoices are emailed to your Xplornet email account. If you’d like to confirm or change your billing email address, please visit MyXplornet. If you would like to receive your invoice by mail instead, please contact us at email@example.com.
Invoices are sent as a PDF attachment in the email. You will need the free Adobe Reader software installed on your computer to be able to open and read your invoice. Before downloading Adobe Reader, please check your computer to see if you already have Adobe Reader installed (many computers come with this software pre-installed). Billing and payments
Services are billed for the next month and any data charges are billed for the previous months’ service. Xplornet customers have two pre-authorized payment options: credit card or direct withdrawal from a bank account. Xplornet will automatically withdraw the amount of your monthly bill from your bank account or process the payment through your credit card on the same day as your invoice date.
For your convenience we’ve created two easy ways to submit your pre-authorized payment information:

If you prefer, you can also fax your pre-authorized payment form to us:
- Print and fill out the Pre-authorized Payment Form by providing your credit card or banking information, including a void cheque, and fax it to the secure fax number indicated on the form.
If at any point in time you’d like to cancel your existing pre-authorized payment, you can use this cancellation form.
