High-speed Internet Is Coming to Ramara!
In collaboration with the Township of Ramara, Xplornet has officially broken ground in Brechin, Ontario where we’ve started construction on the first of three new towers bringing high-speed Internet to the township.
Xplornet will also construct new towers in Mud Lake and Rathburn, while upgrading five other existing towers, bringing service up to 50 Mbps with unlimited data to 5,700 residents including rural households, businesses and people of the local First Nations communities.
This map highlights the locations of the new tower builds as well as the five upgraded towers in Ramara and the surrounding area.
Xplornet’s Chief Operating Officer, Cathy MacDonald, M.P.P Jill Dunlop, Justen Wilson of Xplornet Authorized Dealer, Integrated Solutions, Mayor of Ramara, Basil Clarke, and Chief Administration Officer for the Township of Ramara, John Pinsent each put a shovel in the ground to commemorate the exciting event!
