Why have I not been receiving emails that I was receiving before
on my old email address?
Due to differences in Spam filtering systems, some emails that
you may have been receiving previously may now be forwarded to your
Webmail Spam folder. Log on to Google Webmail and open the Spam
folder. Beside each email you approve, check the adjacent box and
click the 'Not Spam' button. Going forward, messages from this
address will be directed to your inbox.
Also, you now have a new email address. If you are on an email
distribution list or have subscribed to any online newsletters, you
will need to inform the sender of your new address.
