I am using Webmail - what do I need to do?
When signing in to Webmail you will need to use your entire
email address as your "Username".
If your email address is username@xplornet.com and
you try to sign in using only the first part of your email address
as your Username as shown below:
You would receive the following error message:
In order to successfully login in you need to use your entire
email address as your "Username" as shown below:
