I am using an email program that is not listed above - what do I
need to do?
Due to the number of email programs that are available in the
market today we are not able to provide step-by-step directions for
all of them, therefore we have only provided step-by-step
instructions for the 5 email programs that are most commonly used
by Xplornet customers.
If you are using your Xplornet issued email address in an email
program that is not listed above you will need to modify the
username that is saved in this program to be your complete email
address. For example, if your email address is
username@xplornet.com you will need to add
username@xplornet.com to the User Name field in your email
settings.
