Why have I not been receiving any emails since this
transition?
Due to improvements to our Spam filtering system some emails
that you may have been receiving prior to our upgrades may now be
forwarded to your Webmail Spam folder. Please login to Webmail and
open the Spam folder. Beside each email you approve, check the
adjacent box and click on 'Not Spam'. Going forward, messages from
this address will be directed to your inbox.
