How do I activate my service?

Once you have your phone adapter:

  • Click here for the latest copy of the Digital Phone Service ser Manual to guide you through the installation of your phone adapter and the activation of your account.
  • To activate your service, Click here and complete the easy to follow instructions.
  • If you are transferring your existing number to Digital Phone Service, you will need to fill out a letter of authorization, allowing Xplornet to request the release of your number from your current provider. This document is located here.
