Introducing a new monthly invoice - you asked for it and we
listened.
You told us that you wanted an invoice that was easier to read,
easier to understand and one that quickly told you what you needed.
Based on that feedback we have a new invoice format that;
- Has a monthly review captured in an easy to read new summary
box
- Clearly formatted categories showing specific charges for
service, hardware, adjustments and other
- Message box at the bottom of the invoice to deliver important
notices
- Overall improvement in format and flow making it much easier to
read and understand
Starting April 1st, 2009 your monthly invoice will be presented
in the new format show below. Xplornet invoices are sent out the
first of each month via email. Unless specified, the invoices are
emailed to your Xplornet email account. If you would like to change
the email account your invoices are being sent to please contact us
at support@xplornet.com
or 1-866-841-6001.
The invoices are sent to you as a PDF attachment. PDF files are
the safest and most widely used type of attachments that are sent
via email today. Benefits of a PDF format are easier printing and
saving of your invoices to your hard drive for viewing and quick
reference later. For instance, you will be able to save your
invoices to your computer or a disc which will allow you to remove
them from your email inbox reducing valuable storage space in your
email account.
Since your invoice will be sent to you as a PDF attachment, you
will require Adobe Acrobat Reader
software on your computer to be able to open and read your invoice.
This software is FREE from Adobe, easy to download and easy to use.
Before downloading Adobe, please check your computer to see if you
already have Adobe Reader installed (most computers come with this
software pre-installed).
