Dealers are expected to warranty their installation workmanship
for a period of 3 months. If an issue arises that is due to
improper installation procedures, the installer is responsible to
rectify at their own expense.
Rental equipment has a limited lifetime warranty on potential
equipment failures. Excluding cables, computer problems, and any
damages cause to the hardware other than equipment failure.

XPLORNET SATELLITE
Dealers are expected to warranty their installation workmanship

improper installation procedures, the installer is responsible to
rectify at their own expense.
Rental equipment has a limited lifetime warranty on parts and a
one-year warranty on labour. Excluding cables, computer problems,
and any damages cause to the hardware other than equipment
failure.
For satellite equipment that is owned by the customer, it
includes a one-year warranty on parts and labour from the date of
activation. Extended warranty customers are covered for the
duration of their contract. Excluding cables, computer problems,
and any damages cause to the hardware other than equipment
failure.
WARRANTY (ALL PRODUCTS)
For warranty that includes labour, the travel distance is limited
to a 50 km round trip from the dealership's location. If a
customer's location is beyond a 50 km round trip the dealer can
charge the customer an extended mileage fee. This extended mileage
fee or any additional charges should be addressed by the customer
with the dealer prior to the service being performed. See Warranty
section.
This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes,
including accident, vandalism, act-of-God, abuse, misuse, problems
with electrical power, servicing not authorized by Xplornet, usage
not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform
required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of
parts and components not supplied by Xplornet. Any unauthorized
opening of the equipment enclosure(s) will void this warranty in
its entirety as it pertains to that item. This warranty does not
cover any items that are in one or more of the following
categories: software; sound cards; speakers; external devices or
accessories or parts added to an Xplornet system.
RENTAL PROGRAM
Xplornet reserves the right to remove any or all equipment
belonging to Xplornet. The customer is subject to service
charges.
