Xplornet will refund the amounts charged towards the cost of a
basic installation (where applicable, up to a maximum of $199), the
one-time activation fee and any funds paid to Xplornet for the
first 30 days of Internet service. Any costs charged for an
enhanced installation will not be applicable for a refund. Further

Xplornet Satellite high-speed Internet service includes a 30-day
money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for
any reason, you will receive a refund if you cancel your
subscription within 30 days of activation. To cancel your service,

Xplornet will refund the one-time activation fee (which includes
the costs of a basic installation) and any funds paid to Xplornet
for the first 30 days of Internet service. Any costs charged for an
