What is the Anywhere Bundle?

The Anywhere Bundle is a unique bundle from Shaw Direct and Xplornet that offers joint customers a discount on their Xplornet monthly service fee for the balance of their Xplornet contract term.  With the Anywhere Bundle you can enjoy great HD TV and fast Internet - no matter where in the country you might live.

What discount does the Anywhere Bundle provide?

Customers on the Anywhere Bundle receive a 5% discount on their Xplornet monthly service fee.  The 5% discount does not apply to equipment or any other fees.

Who is eligible for the Anywhere Bundle?

Eligibility criteria are as follows:

  1. You must be a customer in good standing of both Xplornet and Shaw Direct.  (note: customers of "SaskTel Satellite Internet powered by Xplornet" are not eligible).
  2. You must have a minimum of two years remaining on your Xplornet term contract.  If you have less than two years remaining, you may renew your contract to become eligible.
  3. If you live in an area where Xplornet offers 4G service, you must be on or upgrade to an Xplornet 4G service.  Xplornet customers who currently have a 3G fixed-wireless service and who live in an area where 4G fixed-wireless service is not available will be exempted from the upgrade requirement.

How do I sign-up for the Anywhere Bundle?

Simply fill out our web form or call us at 1-866-841-6001.  A Customer Care representative will verify your eligibility.  If you are determined to be eligible, we will begin applying the bundle discount to your monthly invoices starting from the date your eligibility is confirmed.  If we determine that you are not eligible for the bundle for any reason, we will contact you.

When I sign-up for the Anywhere Bundle, will I receive one bill instead of two?

No, you will continue to receive a bill from Shaw Direct and another from Xplornet.

What if I discontinue my Shaw Direct or Xplornet services while I am receiving the Anywhere Bundle discount? 

If you are no longer a Shaw Direct or Xplornet customer, your Anywhere Bundle discount will end.
