specified, the invoices are e-mailed to your Xplornet e-mail
account. If you would like to confirm or change your contact e-mail
address please visit myxplornet.com. If you would like to receive
your invoice by mail, or would like to confirm or change the e-mail
address to which your invoices are sent, please contact us at
support@xplornet.com or 1-866-841-6001.
Invoices are sent as a PDF attachment. You will require the
free Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer to be
able to open and read your invoice. Before downloading Adobe
Reader, please check your computer to see if you already have Adobe
Reader installed (many computers come with this software
