E-mail Set Up

Xplornet has provided the following tool to our customers to assist in setting up your @xplornet.com e-mail accounts using Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Outlook Express. If at any time during the set up period you have any questions or require any assistance please contact our Customer Care Centre at  1-866-841-6001 , we are here to help you 24/7/365.

Please note that the e-mail set up tool provided will not select a default e-mail account. If you do not have any other e-mail accounts set up in Outlook Express, after you configure your @xplornet.com e-mail account you will have to open Outlook Express and follow these instructions:

Under the Tools menu click on Accounts
Highlight the e-mail account just created and click "Make Default"
You will now be able to send and receive e-mail from your Xplornet e-mail account.
