The Product and Service Team is comprised of three groups -
project management, product management and business development.
The team is very connected in all aspects of the organization and
therefore, works closely with leaders for each of the other
function departments. This team is involved in:
- new product development
- product enhancements business process development
- request for proposals (RFP's)
- acquisitions
- cross functional initiatives
- product lifecycle management
- business segment strategy
