The Network Operations Department is responsible for the
effective operation of the wireless and satellite network
operations and ensuring that these products operate in alignment
with the business objectives of the company. The team will monitor
the network health and performance, manage backups, restore and
solve security issues. In functioning as Level Three Technical
Support, the team works with infield wireless infrastructure,
satellite service, dealer networks and the Customer Care Team.
