We're currently looking for Customer Service and Technical
Support Representatives in our Fredericton, NB offfice. We are
looking for team players with well developed interpersonal and
customer service skills, strong time management and organizational
skills, the ability
to analyze and solve problems, great attention to detail, the
ability to prioritize and juggle multiple duties, and adapt and
function proficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
Our team members provide general account, billing and technical
support to our clients. They're also responsible for processing
service orders, maintaining accuracy of customer databases,
assisting with reporting and administration, maintaining service
levels and achieving business and performance goals and
objectives.
Ideally you possess a post secondary education (or an equivalent
combination of training and experience) with a minimum of 2 years
working in a contact centre, help desk environment,
or computer/technical support role which involved resolution
of customer and technical issues. You have strong computer skills
with customer focus and a willingness to learn.
As a condition of employment and in order to comply with
industry related data security standards, this position is subject
to the successful completion of a Criminal Background Check.
