Finance Department oversees all of the company's financial
transactions. The department concentrates the majority of its
efforts in the areas of billing, accounts payable and receivable,
financial analysis, and budgeting.
Accounts payable and receivable personnel contribute to the
smooth daily operation of the company through timely payment and
collection of amounts owed to third parties and due from various
individuals and organizations. A large portion of time is allocated
towards forecasting revenues and expenditures through budgeting.
The Finance Department professionals use historical data, trend
analysis, and general economic indicators to project revenues and
expenses for the coming year and beyond. The team is also involved
in analysis for capital projects, acquisitions, financial modeling,
government projects and many other projects tied directly into the
business.
