There are three main components of Field Operations:
1. Construction of new network
infrastructure
- Advance field planning
- Construction project management
- Confirmation of network coverage
2. Repair and maintain network
infrastructure
- Emergency network repair
- Planned maintenance
- Level 3 escalation to resolve customer problems
3. Technical support to Sales and Dealers
- Help/training on our technology
- Install training and audits
- Education on network coverage
To facilitate this we have Field Operations Managers located in
strategic locations in our service areas. Where demand is high, we
also have Field Operations Technicians working for the Managers to
increase capacity. Where needed, we have Regional Managers to look
after Field Operations for a specific area. In support of
construction we have Configuration Technicians located in various
offices configuring the equipment and shipping it out. We also have
Technical Trainers who do the face to face training of our Dealers
and their installers.
