The engineering department at Barrett Xplore is responsible for
the design and deployment of the RF and IP networks utilized to
provide broadband internet services to end customers. The team has
the opportunity to be involved in a variety of different
projects/responsibilities, some of them include:
- providing RF design support to the team responsible for
designing and implementing the broadband network.
- ensuring RF designs support service deployment and
development.
- establishing a strategy to ensure vertical real estate
availability is a key driver in determining service deployment and
development timing.
- ensuring the logical and physical internetworking designs
support service deployment and development.
- establishing a strategy to ensure carrier backbone and internet
transit availability are a key driver in determining service
deployment and development timing.
- conduct field site surveys associated with the deployment of
fixed wireless broadband internet services.
